Senior QS/Estimator
✔️ Experience of working under NEC & JCT forms of Contract required
✔️ Manage projects from Tender through to Final account
✔️ General Quantity Surveying duties throughout the project
✔️ Take off drawings and build up rates for Tenders
✔️ Put together full Tender submissions and present to Management Team.
✔️ Build relationships with key Clients
✔️ Review RFQ/ITT and feedback finding to Management Team
✔️Chair weekly site meetings with site manager/project managers
